Pre-Release Patch Notes - version 0.47a

I've just published a new unstable test-only build for users who have been experiencing irregular performance drops. Please be aware that this build is still incomplete; but I wanted to get as much feedback as possible in case further work is required to resolve these optimization issues.

Also be aware that this build includes many of the changes and fixes for the upcoming 0.50a build. So you will notice that a number of aspects f the game have changed. Full patch notes will come with the formal release, so for now you'll simply have to explore these changes for yourself.
